Job Summary:

  • The Team Lead ICT will oversee the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team, ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves coordinating ICT projects, managing a team of IT professionals, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the ICT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.*
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the progress of team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.*
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.*

ICT Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.*
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the company’s IT infrastructure.*
  • Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.*

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage ICT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.*
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.*
  • Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for approval.*

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.*
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.*
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.*

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.*
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure the best value for the company.*
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align ICT initiatives with business goals.*

Training and Development:

  • Develop and conduct training programs for staff on the use of IT systems and tools.*
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements or upgrades.*

Digital Product Management:

  • Develop and manage digital product roadmaps, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.*
  • Oversee the development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media ad campaigns.*

Website Development and Maintenance:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s various websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and up-to-date.*

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.*
  • Proven experience in IT management, with at least [number] years in a leadership role.*
