Job Summary:
The Team Lead, Network Development will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the establishment of our brand image to support the improvement of after-sales services. This role combines leadership, technical expertise and project management to ensure the robustness and scalability of our network, enabling the organization to meet its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for network development, aligning it with the organization’s goals and ensuring that network expansion and improvements meet business needs.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentoring and support to ensure team’s success. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage network development projects from inception to completion. This includes project planning, resource allocation, timeline management and budget oversight.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all network development projects.
- Continuously monitor network performance, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and minimize downtime.
- Ensure that network expansion projects comply with the company’s image standards and regulations and maintain documentations for audits and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and senior management on the latest networking technologies and trends.
Skills Requirement
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in network expansion and management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Budget Management experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Strength in problem-solving, issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Eng/B. Tech/HND, Civil Engineering or any related field
- A certification in Project Management or MBA in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5 years minimum of network expansion experience.
- Experience working in a multinational or FMCG company would be an added advantage
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
- The role may involve working outside standard business hours to address network issues or emergencies.
