Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead, Strategy and Business Intelligence at a Pharmaceutical subsidiary of PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited, based in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.
- The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, data analysis, and business intelligence efforts of the company, coordinating with different departments to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling
- Experience in leading strategic initiatives and in creating and managing Dashboards
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing, financial or investment sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Pharmacy, Data Science, or related field
