Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Member IT Support. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, maintaining computers, and ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved in a timely manner. The candidate will also be responsible for providing help desk support to users.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in maintaining Computers
- Good understanding of Information Technology
- Excellent Help Desk Support skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
