- Seasoned Tech Professional: Proven track record of building and scaling successful technology products.
- Deep Expertise: Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Fintech and Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial technology and the current landscape.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
