Overview of the Role

  • As a Technical Integration Manager, you would oversee the integration of IBM ESB technology and Susie Rancher systems within the organization. 
  • Your role may include designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication between diverse systems, transforming data models, handling connectivity, performing message routing, and optimizing communication protocols to manage multiple requests.
  • Responsibilities also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying abreast of industry trends to optimize integration processes. 
  • Strong technical expertise in IBM ESB, Kubernetes, and Suse Rancher technologies, coupled with managerial skills, would be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Middleware upgrade projects and ensure the follow-up of the timeline and budget allocated to the projects.
  • Support business users in defining their needs and propose solutions accordingly in the best interest of the capabilities involved.
  • Support users in the specification writing considering IT policies, economic challenges, technical and functional constraints
  • Write technical specifications and documentation related to the project in order to ease the maintenance.
  • Ensure the traceability and reporting of the developments done based on Corporate standards.
  • Organise and drive UAT and correct reported issues
  • Ensure coordination with HQ and Subsidiaries where needed.
  • Support and correct technical issues highlighted by the end users or other technical teams.
  • Apply enhancements required by the business on the existing solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience supporting Middleware projects (Workflow creation, interfaces between banking platforms, web interfaces)
  • Strong skills in Java or other well-known development language (C#, C++, …)
  • Strong knowledge in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server databases)
  • Strong knowledge in at least one of the middleware systems (ETL/ESB)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experienced in API creation/usage and Infor 
  • Well-versed in modern technologies, cloud adoption and usage, as well container.
