Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers and engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical aspects of the project.
- Define the technical architecture and roadmap for the chatbot project.
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for natural language understanding, intent recognition, and response generation.
- Integrate AI capabilities into the chatbot platform to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define chatbot features and functionalities.
- Ensure the chatbot's performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and chatbot technologies.
Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience building solutions and leading development team.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead in AI or chatbot projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Expertise in NLP techniques, including entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and intent classification.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Knowledge of chatbot platforms and development tools.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
