Job Purpose
- Alerting and notifying increasingly senior members of the Technology
- Monitor all network nodes perfoamnces
- Monitor all networks nodes uptime and AVR
- Monitor incidences restoration progresses and sharing ETR
- Incidence reporting and appropriate escalations (Escalation Matrix)
- Openining and closing of all incidents logs
- Evaluation of root cause analysis
- To Set out the necessary improvements and changes to be made on RCA reports
- Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Management Team
- Escalating and cascading of Mean time to response
- Escalating and cascading of Mean time to restore
- Providing incidents historical data and proposing a decision on repair or replacement
- Calculating and reporting MTTRs for necessary actions.
- Measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators
- Perform other duties as required by line manager.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 0-5 years experience
- Ability to report using excel and other
