Qualifications
Audio Visual
- Support in studio productions in a directorial and producing capacity.
- Support camera-related tasks in and out of the office as assigned by the Head of Productions.
- Attend events for footage, information gathering and reporting.
- Maintain the broadcast equipment under the head of production’s supervision.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of all equipment assigned to you.
Livestream
- Plan, build and maintain WebTV livestream/broadcast.
- Plan and execute all field live stream productions.
- Measure and report the performance of livestream productions.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage other WebTV livestream-related productions as directed by the HoU.
Video Editing
- Edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
- Take briefs to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Consult with stakeholders from production to the post-production process.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.
- Maintaining and keeping up to date with latest softwares, applications and technology for editing.
- Maintaining the company’s video library online and offline.
