Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for mobile phones (iPhones) and laptops (Macs and other brands).
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of devices to enhance performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to device functionality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on device usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and service activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in mobile and laptop technology.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mobile phone and laptop repairs, with a focus on iPhones and Macs.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet repair deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Apple or other relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Mac Technician - ACMT or Certified iOS Technician).
  • Experience working in an Apple Authorized Service Provider or similar technical support environment.
