Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Head to lead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation across our integrated poultry farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture technology, poultry farming, and IT management. The Technology Head will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to enhance farm efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the farm's business objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions for poultry farming operations, including:
- Farm management software
- IoT-based monitoring systems
- Data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Automation and robotics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including farm operations, veterinary services, and finance to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
- Manage and maintain existing technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in agriculture technology and poultry farming.

Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree in Agriculture Technology, Poultry Science, or related field is desirable.
