Description

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Officer to join our Consumer Business team! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in promoting sales of our innovative Health insurance product tailored for the consumer market. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, educating potential customers on product benefits, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions. 
  • Educate potential customers on features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs. 
  • Effectively guide customers through the sales process and sign-up of new accounts. 
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor. 
  • Exceed assigned sales targets. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar B2B sales role. 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. 
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus). 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (a plus) 
  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new solutions. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
