Procept is currently recruiting to fill the position of Testing Delivery Manager for the software testing unit, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Job Description

You are responsible for the following:

  • To manage and coordinate IT testing services and provide direction, advice and guidance for the development and testing of Technology systems and applications.
  • To define and monitor the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) in the Information Technology environment including Internal Acceptance Testing, System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Defect Management, Test Automation, Regression, Performance Testing, Software Testing methodology, Test Operations and Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, and drive adherence to overall quality assurance practices, as well as customer experience of product testing.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BSc. or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, ICT or IT related discipline
  • Fluent in English
  • Certification in any of these quality and testing frameworks e.g., ISTQB Test Manger, SCRUM, Agile, PMP, ITIL, etc

Experience:

7 – 13 years of cumulative experience with:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an area of specialization
  • With minimum 3 years’ experience in supervising/managing others
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization.
  • Experience in information and communication technology (ICT) preferably in the Telecommunications, Banking, FMCG or a ICT related industry.
  • Hands on experience in Software Quality Management System
  • Hands on experience in the use of testing tools for automation, performance, regression, i.e. SIGOS, Jmeter, HP Loadrunner, Headspin, Selenuim, Postman, SoapUI, Jenkins, etc.
  • Experience in Test case management and defect management using tools such as, Jira, Zephir, HP ALM QC,
  • Software Quality Process Definition and Reviews in an IT environment
  • Certification is any of the followings would be an added advantage; ISTQB Test Foundation, SCRUM, Agile, PMP, ITIL Foundation, etc.
  • Customer Mobile experience Testing an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Performance, Load, Automation Testing would be an added advantage.
