Job Summary
- We are looking to employ an experienced Conference and Event Manager to coordinate all our conferences, workshops, seminars/training, roundtable discussions, and other events organized by the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA) Chartered.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute NICA conferences, other events, meetings, and associated matters
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage logistics, catering, audiovisual, accommodations, and others
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Coordinate sponsorships and adverts
- Evaluate event success and identify improvements
- Coordinate all training programs of the Institute
- Drive the Institute’s revenue generation through training programs
- Bold, lively, inspiring, and exciting when speaking to individuals or audience.
Requirements
- BSC and MSC in related field
- 5+ years of event management experience
- Industry certifications (e.g., CMP, CMM) preferred
- Excellent writing and communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in event management software
- Candidate must be 38 years and above.
