???????Key Responsibilities:
Design Development
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX process for new features and enhancements across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into elegant, practical, and consistent user interfaces.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes (using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Ensure design consistency across all products, including responsive behaviours, component reusability, and accessibility.
Review & Validation
- Review all developed features during staging and production deployments to ensure pixel-perfect alignment with the approved design.
- Collaborate with the QA team to validate user experience and UI accuracy, raising issues for any inconsistencies or regressions.
- Proactively identify UI/UX bugs, usability gaps, or technical/design misalignments and work with developers to resolve them.
User Research & Feedback
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and tests to validate design decisions.
- Interpret data and user feedback to improve product usability and satisfaction.
- Advocate for user-centric design thinking and accessibility in all stages of development.
Design System & Documentation
- Help define, maintain, and evolve our design system and UI component library.
- Provide clear documentation for developers and QA to ensure consistent implementation.
- Create and update design specifications, interaction behaviours, and design patterns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and refine implementations.
- Partner with product managers to prioritise design work aligned with roadmap goals and deadlines.
- Join sprint planning and grooming sessions to provide insights from a design perspective.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in web and mobile product environments.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Experience working in agile teams and with tools like Zoho Projects, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and intuitive interface design.
- Keen attention to detail and a solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and colour theory.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Experience with motion design or interactive micro-interactions (e.g., Lottie, Framer Motion).
