Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- The UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging user experiences, from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experiences.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc).
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Animation and motion design skills.
- Experience with user testing and usability studies.
- Familiarity with design systems.
