Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with experience in exploring how people think, identifying and understanding their mindset and actions to create a smooth, warm and intuitive process and interface for users. You can tailor these experiences more accurately and dynamically personalize content for our product.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop clear and intuitive information architecture for the business management system.
- Create wire-frames, user flows, and prototypes that outline the structure and layout of the system.
- Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data, refining the UI/UX to achieve optimal usability and satisfaction.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across the system.
Job Requirement
- This position requires someone who takes great pride in their work and is inspired and motivated by their role in improving the way millions of people use crypto.
- 3+ experience in developing wire frames and prototypes in a clean, well-structured, and easily navigable format using Figma
- Experience in applying user-centered design principles to create user interaction design and user interface elements; measure the overall experience, facilitate, and enable user outcomes in an intuitive manner.
- Experience working with a team of engineers and product managers throughout the design process creating user flows, wire-frames, building user interface mock-ups, and prototypes·
- Experience in designing artefacts such as journey maps, user journeys, personas, etc.
- Demonstrated experience performing user research and user testing, including conducting user interviews, and synthesizing the data gained from these activities.
- You thrive as an independent thinker and can manage the design process from end to end even in open-ended ambiguous environments.
