About the job
- As a UI/UX Designer within our Digital Transformation team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences.
- You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and business analysts, to translate complex business needs into intuitive user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Bearing an empathetic and passionate approach for your design solutions.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes to showcase user flows and functionality.
- Ensure UI elements align with established design principles and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are translated seamlessly into functional interfaces.
- Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay current on design trends and best practices within the digital transformation space.
- Ability to translate complex design concepts into clear and intuitive experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Proven track record of designing user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles (information architecture, interaction design, visual design).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Just in Mind and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for digital transformation and its potential to create positive change.
