Description

  • Are you an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong technical skills in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for a chatbot and voice bot.
  • We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative chatbot project.
  • You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences within our chatbot platform, and will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users

  • Vennote Technologies is building a next-generation Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence products with a focus on Multimodal and Cross-Channel User Interfaces (phone, web, mobile, etc.)
  • This is a full-time Hybrid position.
  • The position requires individuals who enjoy challenges, prioritize, meet deadlines, and have a collaborative work ethic and teamwork spirit working with our team of Solution Architects, NLP Engineers, Speech Scientists, Front and Backend Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform the design process.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize the user interface.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for chatbot interactions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the chatbot platform.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with chatbot design is a plus.
