About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Engineer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly interfaces across our digital platforms.
- You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform user needs into elegant, scalable, and intuitive solutions.
- The role requires a blend of design sensitivity and front-end engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern web/mobile technologies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and design systems across all products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and flows.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data-driven experiences.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
- Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile applications with focus on usability and design execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie).
- Familiarity with user research methods and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of design tokens and component-driven UI development (e.g., Storybook).
- Experience working in fintech/e-commerce/enterprise SaaS would be an advantage:
