Role
- As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences for our admin dashboard.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing admin dashboards that prioritize usability and efficiency.
- Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on admin dashboard design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into simple and intuitive designs.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX design skills and experience.
Bonus Points
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
