Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing and Production:
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Trim, cut, and assemble video segments, adding music, voiceovers, and special effects.
- Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time.
Creative Input:
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance video content and improve audience engagement.
Post-Production Work:
- Apply color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Sync audio and video and improve sound quality using editing software.
Content Optimization:
- Adapt videos for different platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various formats and resolutions.
Equipment and Software Management:
- Utilize advanced video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Maintain and organize digital assets and ensure proper backup of video projects.
Quality Control:
- Review final videos for errors and ensure they align with the project’s objectives.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of sound editing, motion graphics, and color grading.
- Familiarity with camera operation and shooting techniques is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
