The Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that promotes the company’s properties, brand, and marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Shoot property videos, site inspections, client testimonials, and promotional content when required
- Operate and manage video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create content aligned with campaign goals
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual direction for video projects
- Ensure all video content maintains high production quality and brand consistency
- Manage video assets, archives, and project timelines effectively
- Stay updated with video trends, transitions, and editing techniques relevant to digital platforms
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to shoot and handle professional video equipment (camera operation, framing, lighting, and basic audio setup)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and content structuring
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong creative eye
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is an added advantage
