Job Description
- Create compelling and visually appealing motion graphics and video content for various platforms and purposes (e.g., social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications).
- Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Conceptualize and storyboard animations and videos based on creative briefs and scripts.
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting.
- Incorporate visual effects and transitions as necessary to enhance motion graphics.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all projects.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve design output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Video/Motion Graphics Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation and compositing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and previous work in motion graphics and video production.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cinema 4D or other motion design softwares.
- Knowledge of video compression and formatting for various delivery platforms.
- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
- Understanding of motion graphics principles for UI/UX design.
