Job Summary

  • As a videographer-you will be responsible for recording live events and small scale video productions.
  • A video editor you will also transform raw clips and video footage into high quality finished videos used to inform, engage, and inspire the audience.
  • As a video Editor and videographer you will arrange, assemble, and process dozens of recorded stock video clips into a seamless whole.
  • You must be creative, passionate about creating stories or messages through film video and have an eye for details.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Creative storytelling skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of color grading.
  • Plan, shoot, and produce video content.
  • Collaborate on video concepts and storyboards.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment.
  • Editing:Edit raw footage into polished videos.
  • Add graphics, animations, and effects.
  • Edit music and sound effects.
  • Color-correct and fine-tune videos.
  • Deliver high quality video films within their deadlines
  • Adhere to style guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image as the director and producer requires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new editing techniques and popular tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Requirements

  • BSC or Certificate in Video editing, film production, multimedia, visual communication or related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightworks or Avid Media Composer
  • Knowledge of Video formats, codecs and containers
  • Familiarity with visual effects and motion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
