Role Description
- Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for visual content? Do you thrive on capturing powerful moments and turning them into compelling narratives? If so, we want YOU to join our team at BrandCo as our Company Videographer!
- We’re looking for a talented videographer to produce high-quality videos that showcase our brand, culture, and key business moments. From corporate events to internal communications, and even product launches, you’ll be responsible for bringing our story to life in a visually captivating way.
About the role:
- Create Engaging Video Content – Develop, shoot, and edit videos that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy, including promotional videos, training content, and event recaps.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with the Marketing, Communications, and HR teams to understand video needs, ensuring the content aligns with company goals and resonates with both internal and external audiences.
- Maintain High Production Standards – Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, location scouting) to post-production editing (color correction, sound design, graphics).
- Capture Key Moments – Attend company events, conferences, and team activities to document key moments and produce on-brand video content for social media, internal channels, and external marketing.
- Innovate & Experiment – Stay on top of video trends and new technologies to continuously improve the quality of our videos and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Qualification:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in videography, filmmaking, or a related field. A portfolio of previous work demonstrating your creativity and technical skills is a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Creative Eye: A strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing, with the ability to transform concepts into engaging videos.
- Collaboration: A team player who can collaborate effectively with different departments to bring ideas to life.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality footage and polished final edits.
- Bonus: Experience with animation, motion graphics, or creating short-form content for social media platforms is a plus!
