Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer to capture, edit, and manage professional-quality video content across multiple brands and projects.
  • This role involves producing videos for various campaigns, events, marketing purposes, social media, and personal branding.
  • The ideal candidate is experienced in both shooting and editing video, with strong technical knowledge of equipment, lighting, and editing techniques.
  • You will work closely with the Photographer, Digital Marketing & Content Manager, and Social Media Managers to deliver video content that supports storytelling and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute video shoots for campaigns, events, interviews, products, and branding.
  • Capture professional-quality video footage across all company brands and personal brand projects.
  • Edit video content into polished, ready-to-publish pieces for social media, websites, marketing, and events.
  • Create both short-form and long-form video content depending on platform and campaign needs.
  • Collaborate with the digital and social media teams to produce content aligned with campaigns and calendars.
  • Ensure consistency in style, quality, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain video content libraries for all brands.
  • Stay updated on videography trends, editing styles, and social-first video formats.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations for new video content ideas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years professional videography experience using a camera.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video styles (lifestyle, branding, event, promotional).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling, lighting, sound, and motion techniques.
  • Experience producing content for social media platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing video libraries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in different environments and with multiple brands.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in our Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office (Freedom Way)
  • Some positions may transition to a hybrid schedule after a 3 month probation & demonstrated ability to work independently from home.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
  • Must be creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive (N200,000 - N250,000 monthly), based on senior-level experience; flexible ± depending on qualifications.
