Job Summary

  • The Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and providing administrative support across various platforms.
  • This role involves a blend of creative and operational tasks, requiring a dynamic and adaptable individual.

Responsibilities

  • Posting on social media every 2-3 days
  • Joining Facebook groups daily
  • Commenting on 100 posts daily
  • Creating and sharing posts daily
  • Creating Canva designs
  • Creating and managing Fiverr gigs
  • Managing Upwork account
  • Managing Discord account
  • Notifying of potential clients that need converting and scheduling meetings

  • Proficiency in navigating and managing Facebook
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design

Daily:

  • Join new Facebook groups relevant to the brand
  • Comment on 100 posts to increase visibility and engagement
  • Create and share a post on social media
  • Design graphics for upcoming posts using Canva
  • Manage messages and notifications on Fiverr, Upwork, and Discord
  • Identify and notify potential clients, scheduling meetings

Every 2-3 Days:

  • Post on all managed social media accounts, ensuring content is varied and engaging
