Position Overview:
- The Vice President (VP) of Technology is a senior role responsible for shaping and driving the consulting company’s technology strategy, innovation initiatives, and technical operations. This individual will work closely with the our wider team to align technology priorities with business objectives, enhance client delivery, and ensure the company remains a leader in providing cutting-edge consulting solutions. The VP of Technology will oversee technical teams, manage IT infrastructure, and spearhead the adoption of emerging technologies to enable business growth and exceptional client outcomes.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with the company's mission and growth goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing insights on technological trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their relevance and potential to drive innovation and client value.

- Collaborate with consulting teams to design and deliver high-impact technology solutions for clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and managing diverse technical teams.
- Experience in delivering technology consulting services and solutions to clients.
