Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Web Agency Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing web design projects, with a strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- This role requires excellent time management skills, a knack for maintaining structure and processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of web design projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize Zoho Projects to manage project schedules, resources, and communications.
- Maintain continuous alignment with the company’s core values and operational standards.
- Ensure high productivity and efficient use of resources through the adept use of productivity tools.
- Contribute to process optimization and the implementation of best practices in project management.
- Provide regular project updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web design agency.
- Familiarity with project management tools. Knowledge of Zoho Projects is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with clients.
- Proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
- Must have reliable access to electricity and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and be highly productive within a structured and process-driven work environment.
