Responsibilities
- Upload and manage products (simple & variable) on WooCommerce websites.
- Process, update, and monitor customer orders through the WooCommerce dashboard.
- Create and manage customer and staff user accounts (e.g., shop managers, customers).
- Update website banners, images, and content using Elementor or WordPress editors.
- Manage and publish blog posts, including SEO titles, categories, and featured images.
- Communicate with the project manager or client on product updates, stock status, and website changes.
- Troubleshoot minor website display or plugin issues (basic Elementor or theme adjustments).
- Ensure site consistency, correct product categorization, and general quality control.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Ability to handle variable products, variations, and product attributes.
- Working knowledge of Elementor for minor edits.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce order flow (pending, processing, completed, on-hold, refunded, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during standard work hours (Mon–Fri).
- Familiarity with plugins like Yoast SEO, WPForms, or Mailerlite is a plus.
