Job Offer

  • We are seeking a talented and motivated Workflow Engineer to join our growing team.
  • As a Workflow Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our business processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, and system integration, and a passion for streamlining workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and specification documents (BRD/SWR) and develop the technical breakdown of the requirements.
  • Develop solutions that will enhance the digital environment, and eliminate manual processing and associated wastes such as errors, avoidable costs, unnecessary delay, and customer dissatisfaction.
  • Use the Business Process Management tools and other available automation software to create enterprise solutions across business functions.
  • Set up data sources, create user interfaces such as forms and views, convert requirements into rules/logic, and design appropriate workflow required for the business requirements.
  • Design required artefacts as required for the solution which may include data source set-up, smart objects, views, forms and workflows, integrations, and store procedures based on the BRD/SWR/PDD provided for implementation.
  • Integrate BPM tools with other applications through REST, SOAP, procedures, file service, HTML, exchange services, and other connectors required for the solution.
  • Conduct demo, user acceptance test, pilot and resolve feedback on the solution or project with core banking and other non-core banking applications as may be required in the BRD/SWR/PDD

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workflow Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling and optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
