Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Advertising Sales Executive to join our client team. This role involves driving revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and the development of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising sales, a proven ability to secure deals, and the skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our advertising solutions.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close advertising contracts with favorable conditions.
- Business Development: Identify industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to expand market share.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with media outlets, influencers, advert exchange partners, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in sales and business development within the advertising industry.
- Sales & Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, traditional & digital media, and programmatic advertising.
- Presentation & Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advertising deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with social media marketing, digital marketing trends, and ad technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
