About the Role
- Our client, a top real estate company, is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to design and execute strategies that attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
- The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and passionate about using digital platforms to generate tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels.
- Drive consistent lead generation, tracking, and conversion through CRM tools.
- Create engaging content and ad creatives tailored for target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads translate to sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing (preferably in real estate or related sector).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Salary
- N200,000 / Month.
