Job Summary:  

As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, training, and guidance to customers in the utilization of ultrasound equipment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to promote our ultrasound solutions within the healthcare industry. This position offers a unique blend of technical expertise, customer engagement, and sales acumen, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Adjusting equipment settings to optimize image quality and obtain accurate diagnostic information.
  • Collaborate with the radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret findings and assist in diagnosis.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our ultrasound offerings.
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality assurance check on ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Adequate documentation and record keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sonography, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support, applications specialist, or sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on ultrasound technology.
  • Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics, imaging techniques, and clinical applications across various medical specialties (e.g., obstetrics/gynecology, cardiology, vascular, musculoskeletal).
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (up to 50% or more), including overnight stays as needed.
