Job Description
On behalf of our Client in the Healthcare Services Sector, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Applications Support (Clinical/ERP Systems) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our clinical and ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Provide first-level and second-level support for clinical and ERP applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user needs and system requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for supported applications
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices
- Monitor system logs and alerts to proactively identify and address potential issues
- Participate in project implementations and system upgrades as needed
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare IT and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in applications support, preferably in healthcare or ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of clinical systems and ERP applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with technical documentation and knowledge base management
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems or healthcare IT systems preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
