About the Role
- SuperTech Foods is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Communications Lead to drive our digital presence, strengthen our brand visibility, and support impactful storytelling across our platforms.
- This role is ideal for a self-motivated communicator with strong design, writing, and digital engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Maintain and update STF’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn) with 3–5 high-quality posts per week.
- Grow follower base and engagement rate by agreed targets over the internship period.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Content Creation & Brand Visibility•Design and publish visual content (flyers, infographics, reports) using CorelDRAW or Canva in line with STF brand guidelines.
- Produce and edit at least 2 videos/month for campaigns, events, or program highlights.
- Ensure STF’s website is updated monthly with fresh content, program updates, and impact stories.
MEAL Data Management & Reporting
- Support collection, entry, and analysis of program data using tools such as KoboToolbox, Google Forms, or Excel.•Produce accurate monthly data summaries for MEAL updates.
- Assist in generating earning brief or success story per quarter.
Accountability & Community Feedback
- Maintain active feedback channels (hotline, suggestion boxes, WhatsApp), ensuring they are monitored weekly.
- Log and track all feedback/complaints, ensuring 100% acknowledgement and timely escalation for resolution.
Event Coverage & Documentation
- Provide live coverage (photos, videos, short updates) of STF events and activities.
- Prepare event reports with key highlights, photos, and participant feedback within 5 working days post-event.
Knowledge Management & Learning
- Document lessons learned and success stories from field activities.
- Contribute to internal newsletters and team updates with relevant stories, visuals, and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design tools (CorelDRAW, Canva) and video editing software.
- Experience with social media analytics and engagement strategies.
- Basic data management skills using Excel or similar tools.
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
