Job Summary
- Montaigne Place is home to a curated selection of premium beauty, skincare, and fragrance brands.
- The Brand Ambassador represents one of these brands exclusively within our luxury retail environment.
- This role requires an individual with poise, elegance, and deep product knowledge who can serve as the face and voice of the assigned brand.
- The Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving sales revenue, increasing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand’s identity and Montaigne Place’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated representative for the assigned brand, consistently embodying its values and aesthetics.
- Drive sales and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded for the assigned brand.
- Provide expert-level knowledge and compelling storytelling to educate customers about brand products and their unique benefits.
- Deliver tailored product recommendations and consultations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the assigned brand’s merchandise is well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the brand’s sales trends and customer feedback, providing insights to outlet and brand managers.
- Participate in in-store promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches, coordinating with the outlet and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, offering personalized follow-up and exceptional service.
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries related to the brand with professionalism and care.
- Act as a role model in grooming, comportment, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Poised, confident, and well-groomed with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Passionate about luxury beauty, skincare, and fragrance.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and retail peak hours.
