Strategic Objective

Core Deliverables
- Design and implement brand campaigns that align with commercial priorities and consumer sentiment.
- Manage the organization’s voice across internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and design.
- Drive social media performance, monitor engagement metrics, and pivot strategy based on data insights.
- Write, edit, and curate original content tailored for digital, print, and PR use, including executive messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, HR, and business development teams to embed brand principles across departments.
- Monitor brand perception and produce monthly insights reports with actionable intelligence.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Deep understanding of digital trends, media metrics, and consumer behavior.
- Competency in content strategy, design collaboration, and campaign execution.
- Confident communicator with a strong grasp of strategic messaging.
