Position Summary

  • As the Social Media Managing Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Brit Property’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, trend-savvy, and has experience in real estate marketing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
  • Manage and grow Brit Property’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including property listings, market updates, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate property photo/video shoots and virtual tours
  • Monitor trends in real estate and social media to keep content relevant and competitive
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Generate leads through paid advertising campaigns and organic strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
  • Collaborate with sales agents and management to promote listings and company announcements
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and paid advertising platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Graphic design and basic video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Photography or videography skills
  • CRM and lead management system experience
  • Strong understanding of property market trends.
