Job Description
- You will be working as a Brand and Digital Marketing Manager in our Marketing Division. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the core marketing team of a leading reputable E-commerce Logistics firm poised for more rapid growth in the coming years.
- The Brand and Digital Marketing Manager is required to collaborate with the Overseas Business Leads to coordinate marketing campaigns, initiatives and promotions to drive brand engagement and conversion with target market through the execution of the following responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and appriase all marketing strategies, campaigns, initiatives, and activities weekly.
- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for marketing activities, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with overseas business leads to increase brand awareness through strong and consistent brand messages across all marketing channels (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Provide monthly performance marketing report of all digital marketing channels
- Track campaign performance and report on ROI for all marketing investment.
- Increase and improve web and mobile app adoption, activation and retention rate.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends; analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Acts as the key media contact and representative for the business.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all overseas publications and promotional material.
- Acts as a project manager for strategically organized overseas marketing campaigns and events (e.g. open days, press conferences).
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising for strategic brand positioning both internally & externally.
- Other duties as the exigencies of work may demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of cognate experience
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
