Omnibiz ensures retailers get better ROI and distributors / manufacturer grow volume and reach through wider distribution network.

Our Brand and Marketing manager will play an important role in shaping our company's image and promoting its products and services to the target audience. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand management to achieve OmniBiz's objectives. This role will also involve collaborating with various departments to align marketing and PR strategies with overall company objectives. We require a professional who can drive innovation and foster a positive brand reputation for our company. 
 
Core Deliverables: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy that aligns with OmniBiz's overall business objectives. 
  • Develop and manage online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring it is consistent and aligned across all communication channels. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. 
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and marketing collateral. 
  • Ensure content is engaging and aligns with the brand's messaging and drives accurate brand awareness on product USPs. 
  • Lead a team of marketing and PR team, providing clear guidance and support to drive exceptional performance. 
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team to drive company-wide initiatives that align with the vision and mission of the organization. 
  • Liaise with the Supply team to curate personalized marketing campaigns to launch and/or promote new or existing products utilizing our digital platforms. 
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns and make data-based decisions. 
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on the performance of marketing and PR efforts.

Key Performance Indicators: 

  • Develop a compelling business case explanation video aimed at attracting additional partners.
  • Execute a Lead Generation Campaign to acquire new prospects.
  • Implement a comprehensive Brand Awareness Campaign to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate partner events to foster relationships and expand the network.
  • Execute testimonial and marketing initiatives on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Ensure the attendance of 40 distributors from designated locations at each event.
  • Reach a minimum of 11,000 customers with Prime and OmniRetail benefits.
  • Drive both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns to achieve predetermined objectives.
  • Activate at least 3,500 customers in the Lagos area.
  • Achieve an 80% retention rate among Prime users.
  • Activate a minimum of 1,000 primary and 500 secondary customers.
  • Deploy ATL and BTL campaigns effectively to reach primary and secondary customer segments.
