  • The Brand Channel Partner will play a pivotal role in assisting in managing relationships and fulfilment operations with brands to achieve maximum delivery efficiency and sales growth. The successful candidate report to Brand Channel Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the order queue to ensure that fulfilment is done timely based on FIFO.
  • Assist with the management of an extensive database containing comprehensive information on leading/promising FMCG brands in Nigeria including those signed and trading. This database will serve as a valuable resource for the local brand team's engagement efforts.
  • Assist and support sales teams by making periodic engagement calls or visits to signed brands to ensure that all relevant information for efficient sales operations is up to date.
  • Assist with the coordination of logistic management from request to arrival, loading and delivery to the customer where and when necessary.
  • Assist and manage the process of sample collections from brands and subsequent transfer to respective brand account leads and regional managers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the fulfilment officers in each signed brand to help keep our on-time delivery promise.

Experience we think you'll need:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience
  • Knowledge of the FMCG sector and digital commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Customer centric mindset.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Logistic and supply chain experience not a must but would be an advantage.
