About the Role
- We are seeking a Brand Communication Manager to shape and amplify our brand’s voice.

Responsibilities
- Ensure brand positioning and consistency across all communication channels.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop visually appealing brand assets and content calendars.

- Lead storytelling initiatives that highlight the company’s mission, products, and impact.
- Develop internal communication strategies to align employees with brand values.
- Coordinate brand training and workshops to maintain a strong corporate identity.
- Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights to improve engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Craft and distribute press releases, media statements, and thought leadership articles.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and creative agencies to execute campaigns.
- Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and multimedia content.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct brand sentiment analysis, audience research, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop and present performance reports to senior management based on KPIs.
- Manage the brand communication budget to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Prepare proposal documents for marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers to optimize spending.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years proven experience in brand communications, PR, or marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills
- Experience in managing media relations, crisis communication, and corporate branding
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy
- Ability to analyze data and refine strategies for better engagement and impact
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
