Job description
- We are looking for a highly experienced Brand Communications and Partnerships Manager to lead our branding initiatives and drive our market presence forward. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, extensive experience in brand positioning, and a talent for managing both people and projects to maximize brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consumer and market research to inform branding strategies.
- Develop and refine brand strategy based on research insights to ensure optimal market positioning.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals focused on brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Oversee branding projects through various development stages to successful completion.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key company stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to support branding efforts.
- Organize and travel for events such as product launches, campaigns, project briefs, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
- Drive creative development to engage the target audience and inspire action.
- Establish performance standards, pricing parameters, and sales estimates based on market applications.
- Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities, managing both new and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Oversee product distribution channels and monitor consumer reactions.
