Job Description

  • Our client is looking for a good Brand Communications Officer to join their team who would help to create and maintain a public image for the brand.
  • The incumbent would help to bridge the communications gap between the company and her clients including investors and the media.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responding to media inquiries and requests.
  • Ensuring that a company or organization’s team members communicate clearly in public speaking venues or interviews.
  • Drive better customer satisfaction, engage, inspire, encourage, and integrity of the company.
  • Assist Brand Campaign project planning, launch, execution, and performance tracking (media partnership, digital events, innovation website, and so on).
  • Working to maintain a company’s image.
  • Writing and editing speeches and engaging flyers on social media pages.
  • Takes photos, and video recordings of estates and properties at different sites.
  • Ensure category and Brand plan Executional Excellence in the markets and sun-units.
  • Managing relationships with sponsors and guests.
  • Track renewals of contracts with vendors and subscriptions with media outlets.
  • And other job-related duties, as assigned by your line manager.

Educational / Professional Requirements

  • Qualification good First Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, and other related disciplines. Preferably a Master’s Degree.

Work experience:

  • Minimum Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Brand Communication Officer in a Real Estate company or related industry.

Competence Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to advise and convince clients
  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with minimum supervision
  • Excellent intelligence-gathering skills.
  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
  • A team player Job Dimensions
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Fluent English-language copywriting skills (interview will be held in English)
  • Experienced in managing the implementation of PR plans, Campaigns, events, etc.
