Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in graphic design to join our dynamic marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand and digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • You will play a key role in shaping the company’s online presence through innovative content creation, social media campaigns, and compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand and digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth.
  • Design and produce engaging graphics, social media posts, and digital marketing materials consistent with the brand’s identity.
  • Manage and optimize all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Creative) to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and design.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working in FMCG or related sectors will be an added advantage.
