Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in hospitality or food-related industries and a proven track record in working within a marketing or branding agency. The Brand Executive has the responsibilities to develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness. The person is expected to develop and execute brand strategies offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals, particularly in the hospitality and food sector.
  • Oversee brand campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality output and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and positioning opportunities.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of all in-store events, launches, promotions and activation for the business/brand
  • Work closely with agency partners and internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Conduct research and analyses, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports, which are distributed to management and key stakeholders. Some of these documents are marketing briefs, competitive analyses, campaign recap decks e.t.c.
  • Serve as the brand guardian, maintaining tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably with hands-on involvement in food, beverage, or hospitality brands.
  • Previous experience working in or with a marketing or creative agency is essential.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and hospitality trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in brand analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
