About the job
- Detail and Avedia, a retail and media consulting firm, seeks a creative individual to join its media team as a Brand Manager.
- As brand manager you will broadly be responsible for managing all aspects of brands on your portfolio and ensuring those brands remain recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers
Responsibilities
- Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Translate brand elements into plans and go to market strategies
- Manage brand client relationships
- Manage campaigns and report on campaign performance of brands managed
- Vetting all output materials of brands on your portfolio.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Degree in marketing or a related field
