Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and market impact? We’re on the hunt for a Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and growth of our consumer brands across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen positioning, awareness, and equity.
Manage day-to-day brand operations including product planning, packaging, pricing, and promotions
Oversee brand campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground activations to ensure consistency and high performance
?Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decisions and strategy.
?Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, campaign, customer service) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to execute brand plans
?Track key performance indicators and report on brand health and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or lifestyle sector.
?Solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and campaign strategy.
?Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
