  • Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and market impact? We’re on the hunt for a Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and growth of our consumer brands across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen positioning, awareness, and equity.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations including product planning, packaging, pricing, and promotions
  • Oversee brand campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground activations to ensure consistency and high performance 
  • ?Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decisions and strategy.
  • ?Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, campaign, customer service) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to execute brand plans
  • ?Track key performance indicators and report on brand health and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or lifestyle sector.
  • ?Solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and campaign strategy.
  • ?Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • ?Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and brand tracking systems
